Return Policy If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. We do not accept returns for opened or used products, unless they are defective.

Refund Policy Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Defective Products If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us. Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
